It's all about course correction
Hey social impact entrepreneur! Do you feel off course sometimes?
A Tip from Psychologist Susan Jeffers:
A few years ago, the book Feel the Fear and Do It Anyway by psychologist Susan Jeffers left a lasting impression on me. One founder said he wished he had read it earlier, so he could have avoided learning its lessons the hard way.
Jeffers shares how a pilot said a plane would still arrive on time, even if it’s off course 90% of the time. The key is staying in motion and correcting your path along the way—don’t fear mistakes or wrong decisions! Pain, dissatisfaction, and confusion are signs it’s time to change something.
Event: Gen Z Founders in EdTech, Health, and Climate
I’m cohosting an exciting event at Hudson Yards this Friday—casual, eat-and-walk style for founders to connect. Hope to see you there!
